1)Could you please talk about the production activities and development of Fimaks plastic since it was established?

- Fimaks plastic was built in 2007 in March.It started its investments by buying its own
factory in Çorlu region.In September,it export machines and equipments,then it start assembling.
At last in Jabuary it start production.After some trainings we created our quality and began to visit the customers.

Fimaks Production consist of Lenticular Disc , Pet Folyo and Pet Disc.The First producer of Lenticular Disc in
Turkey is Fimaks which is also the 5th in all over the world in same case.

2)As we know, you are the first Lenticular Disc producer in Turkey.Could you please tell us the features and
intended use of Lenticular Disc?

-Lenticular Disc is used for especially in press,expandable item,cosmetic,advertising and promotion sector,but
unfortunately there was no production in Turkey and as a result of that it is not a well known item around turkish customers.As you know,photograps has only one dimension,but with using Lenticular Disc,you can add 2. or 3. dimension to your photograps.
Also you can add transaction on it.You can watch a 10 second video by adaptation of our discs.It is useful for your service or concept to reach your target people.The product that is pressed with Lenticular Levha is lasting and good in order to you keep it in your display case or on your wall.So you can make your presantation well and in a short period by using it.

3)If we talk about your high technology institution of Fimaks Plastic,What kind of machines do you prefer?
What are the advantages of your machines when we compare with other conventional examples in a case of stability,rate,sensivity and production efficiency?

-Our machines has the best technology equipments.The extrusion can produce 750 kg. Pet Disc per an hour.The limits of thichness is between 150 micron and 1350 micron.Its maximum width 1000mm is made by us.With using maximum sensivity in our products, we can keep our cunsomers satisfied.Our Korona machine provide us maximum press quality and we have necessary units to absorve the electiricty.

4)What Kind of strategy do you use for your advertising,marketing and brand awarness?

-Despite we are a new firm, we made a good brand name in both domestic and overseas.In oder to have this,we use technological communication tool with full of efficiency.

5)The total quality management,the production in time,work organization,personal management,customer satisfaction are so much important for you.Whay kind of policy do you choose for them?

-We completed the study of ISO and HACCP.We succeed both inspection when in first week of July and last week of July.
Our process will continue under the same quality.We plan more hygienic and higher quality production.

6)Could you please talk about your future aims?

-Our primary objective is to have a good brand name in both our country and all over the world with the production that we have.We know the importance of cunsomer satisfaction to reach our purpose.Therefore we try to keep our plans and targets stable.We can prove this with the high education level of our personels.we have our own chemists,electronic engineers and personels that are graduated from engineering college.
